On 15 September, the 5th fully revised edition of Environmental Law and Policy in Namibia has been launched in Windhoek, Namibia, followed by a Policy Dialogue bringing together experts from government, the legal profession, academia and civil society. The Keynote Address was delivered by Hon. Anselm Marungu, Deputy Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism (MEFT), Government of the Republic of Namibia.
